Request Our Services

Our mission is to raise awareness and funds to support prevention, care, and housing assistance to those impacted by HIV/AIDS in Atlanta. We are passionate about our work and invite local AIDS Services Organizations to apply for a Joining Hearts grant. Below are community resources that can assist in linkage to care.

Have a Need?

The work of Joining Hearts is not done till there is a cure for this disease and we provide financial assistance in the form of grants to local organizations. Grant requests are accepted during our grant period from March 1 to October 31. We will review all submissions in November and notify recipients in December of the current year.

If you feel that your need is aligned with the Joining Hearts mission, click the button below to begin the grant application process.

Across the country, a survey by the National Coalition of STD Directors found that 83% of STD programs have paused services and community visits, and 66% of clinics reported a decrease in sexual health screening and testing due to COVID-19.

Here at Testing.com, we wanted to play our part to help individuals that cannot make it to a clinic or do not have an established source of care access STD testing through all the available telemedicine platforms and at-home tests.
