Host an Event

Want to host an event benefitting Joining Hearts? We love our community partners helping us make an impact! Please look over the guidelines below and submit details for approval. In return, Joining Hearts will promote your event to their network of over 5,000 on social media, through e-blasts, and on our website where agreed upon.

Application to Host JH Event

Event Guidelines

  • All event requests must be submitted within 60 days of event
  • Events will not be approved that do not provide clear details of the benefit to Joining Hearts
  • Events can not be promoted with use of Joining Hearts logos or details without prior approval
  • Events including admission/ticket price must use Joining Hearts staff, hosts, or volunteers to collect or monitor collection of fees
  • All monetary benefits must be received by Joining Hearts within 30 days of event
  • All event hosts must sign an agreement ensuring details on both sides are met
